Millikin University is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of any vehicle or its contents while it is parked anywhere on Millikin University Property. 

Attention All Drivers

Read below to avoid being ticketed or otherwise sanctioned.

Vehicle registration permits are good for only one school year, from August 1 through July 31 the following year.

Parking decals are issued and restricted as follows:

Faculty, Staff and Administration

Faculty, Staff and Administration registration tags shall be displayed on rearview mirror to be viewed through the front windshield (passenger side).

A Permits (Blue) -  Hang Tag 

• Use lots designated A or C.  
• Lot A is restricted to A permits between 7AM and 5PM  Monday through Friday

Students

Student decals shall be affixed to the INSIDE lower right corner of the front window (passenger side).

C Permits ( Red )  - 

• Designated to commuter students living beyond one block radius of campus.
• Use only lots designated C between the hours of 7 AM and 5PM  Monday through Friday.
• May use A and C lots between the hours of 5 PM and 4 AM ONLY

F Permits ( Red ) - 

• Designated to commuter students.
• Park in Fairview/Westminster lot only Monday through Friday 7 AM and 5 PM
• May use A lots between the hours of 5 p.m. and 4 a.m. ONLY.

D Permits ( Red ) -

• Designated to Freshman and Sophomore residential students who have successfully petitioned for parking.
• Park in the Decatur Indoor Sports Center (DISC) parking lot only.  The parking lot is located East of the DISC.
• Parking in any other university lot is not allowed.

G Permits (Yellow & Black) -

• Designated for Greek students only.
• Park in your residence only.
• May park on campus from 5pm to 4am Monday through Friday.
• Parking in any other university lot is not allowed.

MA Permits (Yellow & Black) -

• Designated for residential Freshman & Sophomore students who have successfully petitioned for parking.
• Park in the Millikin Apartments parking lot.
• Parking in any other university lot is not allowed.

N Permits ( Red ) - 

• Designated for residential Freshman & Sophomore students who have successfully petitioned for parking.
• Park in the designated north street parking lot only.
• Parking in any other university lot is not allowed.

U Permits (Red ) - 

• Designated to Junior and Senior non Greek Non Woods residential students.
• Use only lots designated C between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday.
• May use C lots between the hours of 5 PM and 4 AM ONLY.

W Permits ( Red ) - 

• Designated residential Freshman & Sophomore student parking who have successfully petitioned for parking.
• Park in the designated area located in the Wood street (across from the Decatur Indoor Sports Center) lot only.
• Parking in any other university lot is not allowed.

Woods Residents-

• Any student living at the Woods at Millikin Residential Complex
• No parking on University Property Monday through Friday 7 AM -5 PM
• May park on University Property between the hours of  5 PM and 4 AM and on weekends ONLY.

*Mills Lot no student parking at any time. *

*Student parking is prohibited in all A lots from 4 AM to 7 AM daily without special permission. *
