Have your Senior Picture Taken
For your convenience, Miller's Studio of Photography will be available at the Grad Fair on Wednesday, October 15, from 1-7 p.m. and no appointments are necessary. Each senior can have a photo taken at no charge. Proofs will be available online within 24 hours. Package information regarding ordering of proofs is available at the Grad Fair. Any questions may be directed towards Glenda Suits at gsuits@millikin.edu.

Order Announcements/Class Ring
Announcements and Class Rings can be ordered through the Millikin University Bookstore. They will also be at the Grad Fair in RTUC on Wednesday, October 15. Announcements need to be ordered by Friday, November 14. Class Rings can be ordered at your convenience. There are many options for ordering Announcements and Class Rings. You can call the bookstore at 217.424.6221, toll free at 800.972.2070, or email them at mubookstore@millikin.edu.

Reserve Hotel Rooms
Special plans have been made with local hotels to have rooms blocked off for Millikin Commencement guests. Be sure to call the local number listed to make your reservations and mention you are with the Millikin block to obtain the special rate.

Absentia Requests
If you will be unable to participate in this year's commencement ceremony, you must request permission to graduate in absentia in writing to Millikin's President Douglas E. Zemke. This letter must be submitted by Friday, November 21.

Pick up extra Commencement Tickets
Tickets not picked up by Wednesday, December 3 at 4 p.m. will be distributed as extra guest tickets to other graduates. IF any extra tickets are available, they may be picked up at the graduation rehearsal on Wednesday, December 10. Make reservations for a family picture if you have relatives who are alumni
Graduates with Millikin Alumni relatives will have an opportunity to have a photograph taken at the north end of Kirkland Fine Arts Center lobby from 12 to 1:15 p.m., on the day of Commencement. Reservations for this must be turned in by Monday, December 8. Graduates may drop off their reservation forms at the Alumni and Development Center, 1305 West Main Street.

Order a frame for your diploma
Showcase your Millikin diploma in a beautiful, high quality, polished brass frame, matted with the Millikin logo. Samples of this frame are on display in the campus bookstore and at the Alumni and Development Center. Frames are available at the Alumni Center for $40 (Checks payable to Millikin University) throughout the year. There is an additional $7.00 shipping charge for those needing it to be sent. You can also order them by filling out the order form and sending it to:

Guests with Special Needs
Make arrangements for guests with special needs, such as wheelchair accessibility, by Monday, December 8. Contact Lynne Kickle by email at lkickle@millikin.edu or by phone at 217.420.6774. Those guests sitting in the handicapped section may be accompanied by only ONE other guest and must be registered with Lynne by Monday, December 8. (Those special needs tickets will replace general seating tickets). She will need the names of the guests and vehicle information so she can reserve a handicapped parking space as well.

Alumni Association
The Alumni Association will provide each graduate with a complimentary photo of you receiving your diploma cover. The photo will be mailed approximately 6 weeks after commencement.
