Exploratory Studies

Exploratory Studies is a temporary academic home for students who have a broad range of interests, are between majors, or are not comfortable declaring a major in their first year. The program offers students an opportunity to explore disciplines across the University while making progress towards fulfilling Millikin Program for Student Learning requirements. Although Exploratory Studies operates like an academic majors in terms of advising and course registration, Exploratory Studies is a temporary academic program. At some point, all Exploratory Studies students will choose from over 50 majors on Millikin's campus. However, in the meantime, feel free to explore and try a few majors on for size.
