Help Desk Hours*

8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
Evenings and Weekends as student help is available

*Helpdesk will not be available after 5pm during spring break, fall break, winter break, and summer break. Voice mail is checked first thing every morning so feel free to leave a message for attention the next day. In case of immediate emergency, please call Security at 8888 and they will contact the appropriate person to assist you.

 

For a problem that can be handled during regular working hours, please fill out a JIRA Work Order request.
